Raw Almonds

Raw almonds make a great snack but don't eat too many as they are full of fat. The general rule of thumb is around 8-10 for a female and 10- 12 for a male per day. My suggestion would be to chuck a few in some low fat yoghurt and make it a mid morning snack.
