Winter is Coming..

Winter is here, the nights are cold and the comfort food is in abundance. This is not all bad news. Cold weather is actually good for your metabolism as your body works harder to maintain your core temperature.


So think twice before turning up the heater or putting on the electric blanket. My advice would be to brave the weather and go for a brisk walk as this will not only warm you up but also burn off some of that comfort food.

Don’t use winter as an excuse to stop exercising as it’s actually the best time to start building your summer body. Being active and exercising in winter is also a great way to fend off colds and flues.

So jump to it and start enjoying the cold.
