Water is an essential part of any fitness or body fat loss program. It is vital that we maintain water intake during the day. But how much should you drink??
Water intake should be calculated by working out how much you weigh and then ensuring you have 1 litre per 25 kg of body weight. So for example you weigh 75 kg you should be drinking 3 litres of water per day PLUS and extra litre for every hour of exercise undertaken.
So drink up and and be healthy!!!
